Documents required for hiring a sports car and luxury car:

• Valid driving license
• Copy of a valid passport.

Security Deposit:

• AED 10,000 for sports car for a period of one month to clear fines (if charged) as per RTA rules.
• AED 5,000 for luxury car for a period of one month to clear fines (if charged) as per RTA rules

Pricing:

• Airport pickups included additional first hour rate of AED 100 and the parking charges
• After the 1st hour, normal hour late for Dubai limousine rental will be AED 240/hour
• For Sedan and SUV, AED 80/hour in airport plus any additional charges (if delayed the trip time)
• All pricings are without 5% VAT.
• Overtime (if applicable) will be billed in half hour increments. Customers are asked to
• keep time account to avoid overtime charge.
• Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges that may occur.
• Credit cards and Debit cards of Master and VISA in AED are accepted for payments

Cancellation:

• Booking if cancelled prior to 72 hours of the start time then no charges will be applied.
• Booking if cancelled within 72 hours but prior to 24 hours then, 50% of the booking fee will be applied.
• Any booking cancelled within 24 hours of start time, 100 % of the fee will be charged.

Delays and extensions:

• Overtime utilized be the customer party will be charged on the agreed contract rates.
• Trip time will not be extended for a customer arriving late for the trip
• During the trip, if the vehicle is not moving due to traffic or some other natural problems, the customers will still be given full decided time but it will have no effects on the payment decided.

Things forbidden by Dubai Limousine Rental:

• Smoking is strictly not allowed in any of the cars.
• Property lost or damaged will not be the company’s responsibility.
• No compromise on cleanliness. Any person(s) found vomiting or involved in some other activity dirtying the car will be dropped off the car or the whole trip will be cancelled
• AED 1000 for clean-up fee and no refund will be entertained if the trip is cancelled due to such act.

Miscellaneous:

• In wake of a major mechanical issue, an alternate limousine or car will be provided
• Responsible party is to be charged if any damage is done to the vehicle provided by Think One LLC.
• Any item of the vehicle, if lost or damaged, will be compensated by the responsible party and consents to acquire damages on the provided credit card as given in the schedule of credit card policy
